Planning and Design
Layout and planning of the systems is accomplished in close cooperation with our customers by our team with its many years of experience. A high-performance team and state-of-the-art CAD applications are available for success right from the very beginning. The equipment is planned and designed only after intensive consultation within our team as well as with our customer to ensure that it is oriented on future applications and capable of expansion.

Production
As already mentioned all primary system components are produced and tested in our own facilities. This ensures uniformly high quality of our products in terms of dimensional accuracy, durability and corrosion protection. All components are heat-dried or powder coated in professional painting booths and, where necessary, galvanized to ensure long service life in continuous use in rough industrial surroundings. Nevertheless we still depend on our suppliers: Here we endeavor to ensure long-term cooperation with our partners and suppliers in the course of a future-oriented strategy. This includes trustful partnership, with mutual support and exchange of information.

Switch cabinet and control construction, automation
Our machines and systems are equipped with switch cabinets produced in our own facilities. All planning, wiring, assembly and programming work is performed in our plant. Training and familiarization of personnel before and after start-up as well as service and support are, of course, an integral part of the scope of delivery for IWI equipment.
